The Polish-American Fulbright Commission, which facilitates academic and cultural exchange between Poland and the United States, and the Top 500 Innovators Association, bringing together researchers, entrepreneurs and specialists in technology transfer and commercialisation, invite you to take part in the TopMinds mentoring programme.
TopMinds is a mentoring programme that opens the door to an international career for early-career Polish researchers. Eight editions of the programme have taken place to date, benefiting nearly 250 young people and their mentors!
Who is this programme for?
The organisers invite those preparing their doctoral theses at Polish universities or scientific and research institutions, as well as final-year Master’s students planning a career in science, to take part in TopMinds 2027.
We welcome applications from individuals who excel in their academic fields, are full of passion and ambition, and are committed not only to success in the academic world but also to continuous personal development.
