Mid-term evaluation

The mid-term evaluation assesses implementing an individual research plan (IRP).
The plan’s implementation is subject to mid-term evaluation in the middle of the education period specified in the curriculum and, in the case of education lasting six semesters, during the fourth semester.
A negative assessment is a basis for removing the doctoral student from the list of doctoral students at the doctoral school.
A positive mid-term evaluation means that the doctoral student’s scholarship increases from the following month after the evaluation, and is at least 57 per cent of the professor’s minimum salary.
After the mid-term evaluation, a doctoral student may be employed as an academic teacher or researcher. In the case of employment exceeding half of full-time, the amount of the scholarship received by such a person is 40%.
