Online training session: ‘Safe Research in the Digital World’

The Staff Development Office of the Cracow University of Technology and the CUT Doctoral School cordially invite doctoral students of the CUT Doctoral School to take part in an online training session entitled:

‘Safe Research in the Digital World’, led by Marek Piórkowski

⏰ Time: 15:00–17:00

💻 Format: online – MS Teams

The link to the training session will be available in MS Teams (doctoral students).

The training will focus on issues related to digital security in the academic environment, data protection, cyber threats, digital hygiene, and best practices regarding the safe use of digital tools and resources employed in research and teaching.

In accordance with the guidelines set out in the PK Internal Training Policy, introduced by Order No. 51 of the Rector of PK dated 27 April 2026, the training will conclude with a short knowledge test (maximum 5 questions), confirming participation in the training and familiarity with the topics covered.

On the basis of the attendance list, PhD students will be able to apply for micro-certificates.
