On January 28, 2026, the AGH University of Science and Technology hosted the launch of the project “Małopolska – Inspiration for Your Research Journey,” implemented as part of the NAWA EURAXESS Network program. The event marks the beginning of broad regional cooperation to create a support system for foreign scientists coming to Małopolska.
The project is being developed in cooperation with key research centers in the region, including AGH, the Jagiellonian University, University of Technology in Krakow, the University of Agriculture in Krakow, and the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Its aim is to ensure favorable conditions for research work, professional development, and the integration of the international academic community.
During the event, the main assumptions of the project were presented and a panel discussion was held with the participation of foreign scientists who shared their experiences related to working in Małopolska.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Doctoral School of the Krakow University of Technology: the director, Dr. Małgorzata Cimochowicz Rybicka, Prof. PK, and the deputy director, Dr. Agnieszka Leśniak, Prof. PK.
