The recruitment process to the CUT Doctoral School will take place in three stages (following\u00a0the time schedule of the recruitment process<\/a>):
I stage<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 electronic registration:\u00a0https:\/\/ehms.pk.edu.pl\/rekrutacja-eng\/<\/a>;
II stage<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 submission of the required documents in the paper form;
III stage<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 qualification based on merit (examination, candidates\u2019 interviews) in compliance with\u00a0the CUT Doctoral School Recruitment Regulations<\/a>, Art. 2 (5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time limit for electronic registration*<\/td>22nd August \u2013 2nd September 2022, by 10:00<\/td><\/tr>
Option to obtain confirmation of proficiency in English (examination)<\/td>to be agreed: 31st August \u2013 1st September<\/td><\/tr>
Notification of admittance to the recruitment procedure<\/td>by 9th September 2022 in the electronic registration system<\/td><\/tr>
Submission of documents in the paper form and conducting the procedure of recruitment based on merit (all disciplines)<\/td>12th September 2022 \u2013 examination
13th September 2022 \u2013 candidates\u2019 interviews
Detailed information on the time and place for individual disciplines will be provided by 9th September at the CUT Doctoral School website\u00a0https:\/\/szkoladoktorska.pk.edu.pl\/<\/a>\u00a0as well as in the electronic registration system<\/td><\/tr>
Publication of the list of candidates admitted to the CUT DS alongside the ranking list<\/td>16th September 2022<\/td><\/tr>
Mode of providing information to all parties interested in the recruitment results:<\/td>Information will be made available in the electronic recruitment system;<\/td><\/tr>
Submission of\u00a0declarations confirming undertaking education<\/a>\u00a0at the CUT DS<\/td>19th \u2013 22nd September 2022<\/td><\/tr>
Sending out decisions refusing admission to the CUT DS<\/td>from 26th September 2022<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Note:
*Electronic registration and initial verification of the documents submitted by candidates who have obtained their 2nd cycle university qualifications outside Poland is scheduled to take place between 4th March and 31st May 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
