The discipline also encompasses works related to energy, including problems of energy transmission, its generation from renewable sources and electrical energy quality. Research done within the scope of this discipline also includes research and development projects related to computer engineering and artificial intelligence, which has a significant influence on the development of space technologies. The doctoral students\u2019 work results in the development of new control algorithms in automatic control and power engineering, new methods of solving nonlinear problems and diagnostic questions and proposals for innovative high-efficiency devices, which leads to saving electrical energy.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studying the discipline of \u201cAutomatic control, electronics, electrical engineering and space technologies\u201d in the CUT Doctoral School is a chance to develop your research interests and obtain the doctor\u2019s degree, but above all it gives you the opportunity to find a job at universities, research and development centres and in various business sectors as a specialist with exceptionally high qualifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Publishing the supervisor&#8217;s profile in English is tantamount to declaring academic supervision of a doctoral student pursuing a doctorate in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who may apply?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The person eligible to apply for admission to the CUT Doctoral School in the scientific discipline of \u201cAutomatic control, electronics, electrical engineering and space technologies\u201d must be university graduates who have obtained the title of Master in Engineering in a study programme within the area of technical sciences or within the field of engineering and technology, as well as university graduates who have obtained the title of Master or Master in Engineering in a study programme within the area of science in the field of mathematical or physical
